Technician Mentorship Program

Allbritton Performance and Repair is offering a hands-on mentorship opportunity for students pursuing careers in automotive or motorcycle repair. This program is designed to provide real-world experience in a professional repair environment while helping students develop practical skills that complement their classroom education.

The purpose of this program is to bridge the gap between theoretical education and hands-on application, giving students direct experience in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining vehicles under the guidance of experienced technicians.

• Diagnose vehicle issues using professional tools and equipment.
• Perform routine maintenance and mechanical repairs.
• Work with engine, brake, suspension, and electrical systems.
• Read service manuals and understand wiring diagrams.
• Customer service and professional shop practices.
• Workplace safety and proper equipment use.

• Must be enrolled in an automotive or motorcycle repair educational program, or a recent graduate.
• Commitment, discipline, and a genuine desire to learn.
• Ability to adhere to agreed-upon work hours.
• Follow all safety guidelines and professional shop rules.

Participants work alongside professional technicians, starting with basic tasks and progressing to more complex work as they advance. Work hours and duration are determined by mutual agreement between the student and shop owner based on business needs.
